Robert Half have partnered exclusively with an established manufacturer in High Wycombe to recruit for a Global IT Infrastructure and Security Manager responsible for the continuous development of their infrastructure and cyber security strategy. Permanent role paying up to £90,000 with hybrid working and fantastic benefits!

The Role

As the Global IT Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the company's IT and Cyber Security vision, strategy, and projects. This role is also responsible for the global IT operations function, accountable for maintaining the BAU support, through effective management of external and internal resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a security vision/strategy and long-term roadmap for our client's Global Cyber Security and IT Operations
  • Design and develop Infrastructure and Security projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and broader IT leadership to ensure Cyber Security and Operations are incorporated into the overall IT strategy
  • Lead the team, develop goals/objectives and fosters innovation and growth within the Cyber Security and IT Operations functions

About You

  • Proven experience in designing and developing IT and Cyber Security strategies
  • Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and best practices/frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials etc)
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications
  • Experienced IT leader, owning the technical roadmap and championing IT to senior stakeholders
