The RoleAs a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and managing endpoint infrastructure. Your role will involve responding to support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Â
You will also manage user accounts, configure IT equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security and contribute to IT process improvements.

Strong experience in 2nd Line IT Support

Proficiency managing user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory

Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting endpoint infrastructure

Extensive knowledge of IT systems, services, and hardware

Ability to configure and maintain IT equipment and mobile devices
