We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who has worked at 2nd/3rd line to join a fantastic business based near High Wycombe. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, delivers quality support, and drives continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Support mobile devices, on-site servers, and Azure services.
• Identify and implement IT system improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory management
• Managing on-premise infrastructure (networking, Wi-Fi, VMware).
• Familiar with ITSM/ITIL best practices.
• Proven vendor management experience.
