IT Support Engineer - (IT, Support, O365, AD, Active Directory, Intune, Teams, Stakeholders, Windows, Telecoms) - Permanent - High Wycombe

Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis, this is for a well established European business, who have a strong desire to become a global business in the near future.

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Skills/Requirements for the IT Support Engineer:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong hands on O365 experience
  • MS Intune
  • Strong troubleshooting
  • Extensive Active Directory experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, in terms of dealing with people at both high and low level including c-suite
  • Any previous telecoms experience, in terms of support, maintenance or installation would be highly desirable

Start date is ASAP for the IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • All IT hardware and software including desk phones and phone system, iPads and iPhones
  • Building and rebuilding laptops and PC’s
  • Resolving all IT queries and escalations within current SLA’s
  • Maximising uptime for critical applications, systems and servers
  • Enabling the business to work without interruption - including maximum up time for all critical applications, Assisting in the rollout of in essential maintenance and wider projects across the entire group
  • Reviewing, amending and where needed creating technical and employee facing knowledge base for articles and procedures.
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
