More about the role….

  • Reporting into the Claims Lead, you will be tasked with providing a robust claims service to the commercial client portfolio. You'll collect and validate claims data from insurers and be handling claims to an extremely high customer standard within agreed timescales.
  • You'll be working with a variety of commercial based claims including property and liability.
  • You'll be tasked with using your analytical skills to prepare propositions data for clients and supporting Account Executives with attendance at clients visits.
  • You can be based out of High Wycombe / Oxford offices - you will be required to work a mix of both office and home working.

Are you the right match….

  • You'll need to hit the ground running in this role so a background within commercial claims and knowledge of multi-line claims is ideal - especially Property & Liability. Ideally, you'll be working within a broking firm and be used to working with multiple insurers and clients.
  • A natural flair for managing client relationships and those with Internal Account Executives.
