Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality assessments and managing a team of expert assessors? Our fantastic client are looking for an Assessor Manager to lead the standardisation, quality assurance, and operational oversight of professional assessments.

This brilliant role is based near High Wycombe, with 4 days a week working from home and one in the office. The salary on offer is between £40,000-£44,000 DOE.

What will I be doing in the Assessor Manager role?
  • Manage & Support Assessors - Recruit, train, and oversee assessors and panel members, ensuring consistency and excellence in assessments.
  • Standardisation & Compliance - Develop and uphold assessment frameworks, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and adherence to regulations.
  • Quality Assurance & Improvement - Conduct audits, implement best practices, and drive continuous enhancement in assessment processes.
  • Data & Insights - Analyse assessment trends, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Operational Efficiency - Ensure assessments run smoothly, addressing challenges and maintaining a fully resourced assessor pool.
