Role: Site Facilities Manager / Administrator
Location: Loudwater, Buckinghamshire
Contract: 3 months+
Rate: 21/ph PAYE
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Be the onsite liaison point between the Facilities Team, contractors and site staff
- Be responsible for building management systems
- Assist with budgets, monitoring spend and raising purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team
- Coordinate contractor management and KPI reporting
- Support Health and Safety compliance on site - participate in audits, risk management, training and development.
Direct reports: yes, manage the site receptionist & support contractors.
Criteria:
- Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
- Ability to monitor a 10-year plan and suggest CAPEX plans
- Knowledge of budgets and cost control
- IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable)
- Experience of monitoring spend and raising purchase orders (desirable).
