Our client is a highly regarded luxury residential contractor specialising in delivering super prime single dwellings across the Home Counties and Central London. Known for their attention to detail and uncompromising quality standards, they have built a strong portfolio of bespoke, high-value projects and maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth clients and consultants.
They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £6.5m new-build private residence in Beaconsfield. The property is a 5,500 sqft super prime single dwelling, and the programme runs until the end of January 2026. This is an immediate requirement.
The Role – Site Manager
Reporting to the Construction Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the on-site delivery of a new build super prime home from start to completion
• Managing daily site operations, subcontractors, and direct labour
• Driving programme, quality, and health & safety throughout the build
• Coordinating with the design team, client reps, and specialist subcontractors
• Maintaining the highest levels of finish, detail, and presentation expected in super prime builds
• Managing site logistics, compliance, site records, and regular reporting
Requirements for the Site Manager
• Experience managing high-end residential new builds, ideally single dwellings valued £4m+
• Excellent knowledge of premium finishes and working with specialist trades
• Strong site leadership and ability to manage programme, quality, and teams
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
• Must be able to commute to Beaconsfield and available for an immediate start
