Account Administrator
Location: High Wycombe Full-time (Part-time considered) On-site
Working Hours
• Full-time: 8:15 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:15 – 12:45 Friday
• Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
About the Role
Our client—a respected provider of services for sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Defence, and Medical —is looking to expand its Administration team. They are currently recruiting for an Account Administrator to support their growing operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Administrator
As an Account Administrator, your duties will include:
• Creating and managing customer records and purchase orders.
• Preparing and issuing delivery notes and test reports.
• Coordinating with customers about product delivery schedules.
• Organising shipments for both customers and suppliers.
• Drafting internal customer quotations for review.
The Qualifications required for the Account Administrator
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience within a Manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
• Office-based administration experience
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
• A flexible, can-do attitude and solid work ethic
