Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: High WycombeSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role:This is a varied administrative role that will see you working closely with the Brand Director, covering general administration duties and acting as a key point of contact for European suppliers. You’ll be coordinating logistics, supporting procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for multiple European suppliers
- Communicate efficiently between the sales team and suppliers
- Support procurement and logistics planning
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation (training will be provided)
- Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and general admin for the Brand Director
- Provide office administrative support across departments
- Help resolve stock issues and coordinate brand-related tasks
- Ensure smooth internal communication and assist in improving processes
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong background in administration or procurement.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks
- Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Full UK Driving License
- Full right to work in the UK
