Job Title - Junior Administrator – Finance Department

Location: West Wycombe, HP11Salary: £24,960 per annum

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch 

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our team and support our payroll department. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration. No experience in payroll is essential but would be an advantage, training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.’
  • Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Some prior administrative experience is required.
  • Some prior administrative experience (finance experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with an interest in finance.
