The Company

An expanding, global business with a brand new headquarters in Buckinghamshire, are looking for an office administrator to join their team on permanent basis. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.

The Role

Based within the projects department, the primary role will be to ensure all administrative duties are completed to assist the day to day function of the office, alongside this you will be tasked with assisting with administrative tasks to support the projects team:

  • Being first point of contact for general enquiries into the business and directing communication to the relevant departments.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking meetings rooms.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies when necessary.
  • Managing data of clients and customers.
  • Project assistance, ordering of stock and communication with clients when necessary.

About You

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job’, whilst already possessing strong administrative skills. Key attributes/skills desire:

  • Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels.
  • Accurate and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
  • Enjoys a busy role.
  • Strong team player and happy to help out others when required.

The Package

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE.
