We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our Service Team, managing both internal and external client systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Services Division, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the growth and profitability of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, organise, and manage the HVAC Services Division workload, ensuring timely and profitable completion of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Operations Team, scheduling manpower and materials efficiently.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, including promoting preventative maintenance and service contracts.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements, performing cost analyses to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor service quality and address customer concerns.
  • Oversee motor fleet management and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage training, performance appraisals, and health & safety requirements for the service team.
  • Liaise with HR and Payroll on any employee-related matters.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications and licences.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in Mechanical Services, HVAC, or Facilities Management.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Full, clean driving licence required.
