  • This is a permanent full-time role with a workplace pension scheme and a dynamic working environment, operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Our client, very well-established in the industry is currently seeking a CAD Technician to join their expanding design team within the manufacturing department.

The role will be supporting the Design Director in developing and integrating the products within new build or refurbishment projects for clients across the UK.

ROLE:

  • Operate in a high volume fast paced environment where commitment to the role and attention to detail is paramount.
  • The role has some element of concept design involved although configuring established systems to client needs is the core function.
  • The work is specialised, but the experienced team will be fully on hand to guide and train.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in AutoCAD and have experience in a similar role ideally within an allied engineering sector.
  • Competent in AutoCAD with associated prior experience.
  • Have a flair for component design and some experience of component design in metal work.
  • Understand 3D printing and modelling using polymers.
  • Methodical and supported by a clean administrative vision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work on your own initiative.

Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

£30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

21 days annual leave plus Public and Bank Holidays.
