As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
- Teach a variety of topics in physical, human, and environmental geography.
- Use a range of teaching methods, including interactive activities and group discussions, to engage students.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and learning.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Inspire students to develop a passion for geography and related subjects.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (unqualified teachers are also welcome to apply).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting young people in their academic journey.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to commute to Hazlemere and surrounding areas.
