Supply Desk is currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Secondary School in High Wycombe. This "Good" rated school is known for its positive learning environment, where students are well-behaved and supported to reach their full potential. The school offers excellent facilities and a wide range of extracurricular opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and inspire students to achieve their highest potential.
- Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning and preparation.
- Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, adhering to the school’s behaviour policies.
- Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a current DBS check (or is willing to obtain one).
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Able to provide two recent employment references.
- Experience working with Key Stage 3-5 students.
- Easily commutes to and around High Wycombe.
