I am working with a multi-award-winning luxury residential bespoke client build and property development company that seeks to bolster commercially.

An opportunity for an efficient Construction Administrator with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in to assist the team, to become a part of our Commercial team.

A family business, based in Buckinghamshire, with passion, care and dedication for the properties they design and construct.

Responsibilities

Research and collate a tender list of suppliers and sub-contractors

Issue out, via email, expressions of interest and full tender enquiries

Request, control and manage the receipt of tenders in a timely and efficient manner, for further review by Senior QS

Process documentation for supplier and sub-contractor orders and variations

Issue full and final drawings, specifications and quotations, via Dropbox, to the site team, and any relevant sub-contractors, for each item that is procured

Research, source and compile pricing for ad hoc materials

Order material samples, label and distribute

Set up and coordinate meetings, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

Compiling of defects lists from the Construction Partner, issuing to all trades and booking dates according the clients availability

Printing plans and routinely ensuring drawings are up to date on Dropbox, the plan rack and on site via Drawing Registers

Managing our generic sales inbox

Answering, transferring and fielding calls from our main landline

General ad hoc admin duties as required by the business
