What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting students with PMLD in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with personal care and physical support when required
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans
Encouraging engagement and promoting independence among students

Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN, particularly PMLD (preferred)
A caring and patient attitude with a commitment to supporting children with complex needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
