Change Recruitment are pleased to be working with a manufacturing business based in Highbridge who are currently looking for a HR Administrator to support them on a temporary basis for a period of 6-8 weeks.Working alongside the HR Manager you will be responsible for a variety of administration duties associated with recruitment, payroll and general personnel data management.Duties include:
- Posting job adverts, responding to applicants to arrange interviews, providing interview feedback
- Working with managers and finance to correctly enter payroll data on a weekly basis
- Updating the personnel database
- Supporting the HR Manager to respond to some HR queries
- Ad-hoc support to the HR Manager as required
