Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: 45,000 + per annum ( negotiable depending on experience)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am until 4.30 pm + overtime

The Role:
- Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
- Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
- Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
- Liaise with site staff and the client
- Completing all necessary paperwork including risk analysis and method statements
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Attend site meetings to ensure commercial matters are discussed and resolved
- Co-ordinating activities to ensure the project is delivered as planned.
Skills Experience:
- Steelworks experience (time served)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
- Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
- Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
- Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
- NVQ
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
