Validation Engineer

Integration and Validation Engineer. We are seeking an Integration and Validation Engineer (Engineer or Senior Engineer level) to support the introduction of new automotive technology in our clients products. The role requires expertise in dSPACE systems and real-time control unit (HIL) testing to meet immediate project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure dSPACE rigs for bench testing.
- Develop test plans for new Electric Platform control systems.
- Create and refine test cases for motorcycle electrical systems and components.
- Align testing with software release plans.
- Maintain HIL rig layout and interfaces for users.
- Perform manual and automated tests using dSPACE tools.
- Analyze test results and produce reports.
- Collaborate with the team using Agile methodology.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (ISO26262).
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- BEng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Progress towards Chartered Engineer status is desirable.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with dSPACE toolset for HIL testing.
- Proficiency in test and validation of systems and components.
- Familiarity with vehicle communication (CAN, LIN) and version control tools (SVN, Gitlab).
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
