Salary for the Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Used Car Sales Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Used Car Supermarket Manager / Branch Manager / Vehicle General Manager / Used Vehicle Sales Manager / Used Car Manager: £45,000.00 basic salary and OTE of £90,000.00 (uncapped so could be higher), plus a company vehicle.

My client, a very busy, fast paced used car supermarket with branches across the UK, are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Used Car Sales Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Used Car Supermarket Manager / Branch Manager / Vehicle General Manager / Used Vehicle Sales Manager / Used Car Manager to join their team in Hinckley.

Due to expansion and being extremely busy, my client has decided to increase their management team.
They have a fast paced and vibrant atmosphere and therefore need strong performers able to take responsibility for one of our branches.

You will need to have a breadth of experience across all fields of used car retailing.
Preference will be given to candidates with car supermarket, volume used car sales management experience.


The right Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Used Car Sales Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Used Car Supermarket Manager / Branch Manager / Vehicle General Manager / Used Vehicle Sales Manager / Used Car Manager will be able to demonstrate previous experience of:

? Being able to interact with customers coming into the showroom and delivering the highest quality of customer service.
? A great manager and leader of people
? Responsible for the profitability of the business, hitting and exceeding monthly Team sales target.
? Management experience and acumen within a car supermarket would be ideal for this position.
? A driven individual with passion with the ability to deliver a great customer experience with excellent interpersonal skills
? Full UK Driving Licence
? A presentable and professional individual
