As a Telesales Representative your duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting clients with paperwork, ensuring all information is accurate
- Taking customer deposits
- Booking appointments for other sites in the UK
- Promoting company products and services
- Working towards sales targets
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- 1 year experience in a call centre/telesales role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
