As a Customer Service Advisor you will focus on delivering excellent service, providing fast membership focused solutions; Accountable for managing online reviews and our clients' online reputation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Customer Service Advisor:

  • Ensuring all online reviews are dealt with efficiency and professionally to a high standard
  • Escalating any negative online reviews through the correct channels of the complaints process
  • Ensuring all member service issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Managing and responding to all online reviews for the business

What you Bring to the Team

  • A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
