You will be joining a passionate group of Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are excited to welcome you to their team.Your new roleIn your new job as a Teaching Assistant with Hays, you will work alongside class Teachers in various year groups to create an enjoyable and inclusive working environment for pupils. You'll support in the classroom in a range of subjects including in Phonics, English and Maths. You'll work collaboratively to foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues and be an active member of the wider school community. You will also benefit from the support of your dedicated Recruitment Consultant, Hollie, who will be on-hand throughout your placement and beyond.What you need to succeedTo be successful in your new job, you will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who is looking for more classroom-based experience before taking on full teaching responsibility. You'll need to have experience supporting SEND pupils and great behaviour management skills.
