We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead a Finance team and drive growth within the organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Finance and Payroll team.
- Maintain strong relationships with sales and operational teams.
- Implement and improve financial control systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the MD and senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience as Head of Finance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and margin analysis.
- Experience in transfer pricing, import/export activities, and FX exposure management.
- Hands-on ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to financial challenges.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- First-class leadership and team-building skills.
