We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead a Finance team and drive growth within the organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Finance and Payroll team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales and operational teams.
  • Implement and improve financial control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the MD and senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience as Head of Finance in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and margin analysis.
  • Experience in transfer pricing, import/export activities, and FX exposure management.
  • Hands-on ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to financial challenges.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • First-class leadership and team-building skills.
