What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to children who need extra help with their learning.
Encouraging student participation and helping build their confidence in the classroom.
Supporting with behaviour management and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Assisting with the students' personal and social development.
Reporting on student progress and helping to identify any areas where further support is needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children is essential (unfortunately, candidates without experience cannot be considered).
A passion for education and a dedication to helping children succeed.
The ability to engage and support children in a meaningful way.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with both staff and students.
A commitment to working full-time, from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
