Salary: up to £40,000

As the HR Manager, youll be managing the HR Documentation team, ensuring they operate at optimum productivity while delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely client services. You will mentor and guide a team of HR Documentation Consultants, helping them grow while maintaining the highest standards of client service and legal compliance.

HR ManagerKey Responsibilities:

Mentor and monitor HR Documentation Consultants to ensure they provide commercially focused, high-quality advice, identify knowledge gaps, and meet KPIs for client appointments.

Manage the Documentation Consultancy team, ensuring video and phone assessments meet protocols, KPIs, and SLAs, with no outstanding work.

Ensure quality checks on documentation to comply with employment law and reduce negligence risk.

Liaise with clients to create or critique HR documentation, ensuring it meets company policies and procedures.

Handle client complaints within SLAs, working with the Client Experience Team to resolve issues.

Manage workload effectively to create client documentation according to company standards.

Attend team and management meetings, including weekend conferences as required.

Record completed work using IT systems, and update management dashboards to track performance.

Further cross-departmental collaboration, increasing staff satisfaction and sharing best practices.

Lead recruitment and training for new consultants, managing induction and ongoing training to ensure compliance with legislation.

Conduct daily team meetings, probation reviews, and quarterly one-on-ones with staff.

Ensure open communication with teams, promoting discussion of challenges and ideas.

Monitor reports and KPIs, addressing any issues and preparing weekly reports on performance and resolutions.

Prepare management reports in line with company protocols.

Ensure documentation reflects current statutory provisions and industry-specific needs.

Carry out additional tasks as required by the management team.
