Talent by Trinity is partnering with a dynamic HR Consultancy in Hinckley that is experiencing continuous growth to find enthusiastic HR Advisor for their out of hours team.

This role is ideal for someone with HR experience or for people that are managers from sectors like retail, hospitality or similar looking to grow their career and experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The core hours and days that will need to be covered are Sunday 8am - 6pm, Tuesday & Wednesday.

It will be a full time position, 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you'll be an integral part of the Advisory Department, working alongside a strong team of HR professionals and managers selected for their passion and commitment to client service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide legally compliant employment law and employee relations (ER) advice, tailored to offer best practice and commercially focused options for our clients.

Once started, you will go through an 8 week training programme bringing you up to speed with employment law and HR policies, giving you a in-depth knowledge and ready to start the role.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Provide tailored HR and Employment Law advice to clients across various industries.

路 Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

路 Assist the HR team with workload management during busy periods.

路 Stay informed on the latest legislative changes and their impact on HR practices.

路 Maintain accurate client records and draft HR documents.

路 Take ownership of client cases, ensuring resolution is achieved.

路 Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
