This is a busy and fast-paced role, and you need a good understanding of Employment Law. Specifically, this needs to be related to policy wording and requirements, and you need to have great attention to detail to thrive in this position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to client requests in line with company policy
  • Speaking with clients over the phone and email, dealing with queries where appropriate
  • Drafting any new documents, reviewing existing documents, analysing and critiquing the clients own documents
  • Provide HR support in a timely, efficient and comprehensive manner
  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are met
  • Attending team meetings
  • Using the company systems/databases

You

  • Previous experience working within Employment Law or HR
  • Ideally degree level educated and CIPD qualified, although this is not essential
  • Thorough knowledge of employment practices
  • Confident facing clients and on the phone
  • Ability to work as a part of a team under pressure
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £25,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
  • Career progression available
