THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a well established business in the East Midlands area supporting the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team of the business. This position is full time, hybrid and is a permanent position.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Complex calendar management.Organising International travel, including visas and exploring global traveller solutions.Organising and preparing detailed itineraries for visiting stakeholders.Organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, agenda planning, meeting governance, minute taking, pre-reads, actions and following up on actions.Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.Organising and attending meetings and ensuring Executive/Senior Leaders are prepared for meetings.Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and other service providers.Managing various weekly and monthly projects and collation of data from leaders.Liaise with, arrange meetings for all outside consultants engaged by CFO and GC.Expenses management.Be a proactive key member of the broader executive and personal assistant team ensuring that broader companywide initiatives are delivered as requiredEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:In order to be considered for this position you must have previous PA experience at a senior level, have strong organisational skills, strong Powerpoint skills, be able to work well under pressure, be highly organised, be IT literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
