Executive Personal Assistant

Leicester (our Ref AL1312) - hybrid/1 day working from home per week

Salary to c£40,000 per annum + benefits

My client is an established Wealth Management organisation and they have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Executive PA to provide professional support to the Company Director. This will be seen as a key role within the Company, fundamental to the ongoing future growth and success of the business. It is a newly created position and so we are looking for a strong, confident individual who is able to demonstrate the added value that they can bring to the role.

  • Diary Management
  • Book review meetings with clients
  • Meeting Preparation
  • Handle emails, general correspondence and telephone calls
  • Organisation
  • Liaison between the Director, his clients and the Administration & Paraplanning teams
  • Client liaison, dealing with some of the biggest clients within the business
  • To provide ad hoc support to 2 other Directors on occasion

The Person

  • Highly experienced in a Senior/Executive/Director level PA position
  • Organised
  • Professional
  • Discreet
  • Confident, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible to deal with changing demands
  • Stable career history
