A global manufacturing business supplying components across a broad range of industries require a Maintenance Team Leader to install, maintain and repair equipment onsite and supervise the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and educated to City & guilds level 3 preferably in an electrical discipline. Commutable from: Nuneaton, Leicester, Coventry, Tamworth, Solihull, Bedworth, Royal Leamington SpaPackage: £45,000 p.a. +Medical +Pension +Life assurance Hours: 2 shift pattern 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm* Suitable for: Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Technician The Role Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will have the following duties: -Supervising the maintenance team.-Attend breakdowns, identifying the fault and problem solving. -Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management. -Assist with the moving, installation and repositioning of machines. -Undertake special projects as required. The Person Educated to City & Guilds level 3 in electrical or equivalent you will have the following experience: -Substantial experience in a similar role within manufacturing.-Leadership experience.-Multi skilled Engineer (Bias to electrical) -Practical hands-on approach to problem solving. -Flexible to work on rotating shifts.
