What You’ll Be Doing:

? Managing and supporting a team of Employment Law Consultants, ensuring exceptional service delivery.? Overseeing case allocation and ensuring hearings, deadlines, and resources are efficiently managed.? Handling a small caseload of tribunal and appeal cases, liaising with counsel when necessary.? Providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team.? Managing absence, lateness, and HR-related issues within the team in line with company policies.? Handling technical queries, service issues, and client complaints, ensuring swift resolutions.? Collaborating with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Strong employment law expertise, including tribunal experience.?? Proven leadership experience in a professional services or legal environment.?? A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.?? Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.?? A collaborative and motivational approach to team management.?? Confidence using MS Office and case management systems.
