The ASB and Safeguarding Officer position is available at a well-established housing organization in Leicester, offering a hybrid working model.
This temporary role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £23-26 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella.
Candidates should have experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and tenancy fraud, along with a history of managing their own ASB case-load.
The responsibilities include managing cases related to ASB, tenancy breaches, and safeguarding, ensuring good communication with tenants, and working with legal teams for enforcement actions.
An immediate start is available for applicants with the required experience.

We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation. Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:

Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
