Vocation Recruitment Ltd are looking for Traffic Management Operatives across the East Midlands & surrounding areas.
Traffic Management Operatives play a crucial role in ensuring road safety and efficient traffic flow morning, noon & night.
For the Midlands we are looking for high-speed operatives with the following tickets;
- 12AB Op (One Dayer)
- IPV 12AB Op
- Foreman
- IPV Foreman
Key responsibilities;
Installing, maintaining & removing traffic management equipment to various locations
Check returned equipment & complete relevant paperwork
Controlling traffic lights & managing pedestrians
Be able to work to CAD & RAMS
Deal with & report incidents
Completing relevant documentation i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklists etc
All losses & damage to equipment is recorded and communicated to the relevant department
Key requirements;
Must hold a valid High-Speed Lantra TM Ticket
Be adequately trained with qualifications for the implementation of temporary traffic management
Able to work effectively as part of a team & independently
Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Able to multitask & prioritise tasks
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test
Have a full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 points & no bans
Have full 6-Point PPE
Occupational Health Certificate / Safety Critical Medical
Highways Passport (preferred)
