As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
  • Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
  • Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager and cover their duties when required.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Experience working in residential childcare, child protection, or a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 or QCF (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
