• Manage an active caseload of commercial claims from notification through to settlement.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate policy coverage, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with placing teams to deliver tailored claims solutions.

What's needed for me to be considered?

• Experience in commercial claims handling
• Proven ability to manage an active caseload, demonstrating strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience handling claims from start to settlement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and managing relationships.
