Job Summary/Purpose:

An Assistant site manager is needed to efficiently manage day-to-day field operations. This includes overseeing subcontractors, ensuring that materials are available, and assisting the Site Manager in planning and programming site activities to ensure the safe and timely completion of projects. The Site Supervisor will also deputize for the Site Manager when necessary and ensure that quality standards meet customer expectations.

  • Site Presentation

Experience, Qualifications, and Technical Requirements:

  • Trade background with relevant experience.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Residential Construction Site Supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of the building process, including NHBC and Building Regulations.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level.
