Job Role:Estimator / Project Manager (Architectural Metal & Steel Work)

Basic Starting Salary:£45 000 - £55 000 Per Year

Working Hours:Monday-Friday / Days Only / 8:30am-4:30pm

Location:Little Wymondley, Hertfordshire

The Company

We are working with an established Architectural Metalwork/Steelwork company who specialize in the manufacture and installation of staircases, railings, balustrades, balconies and structural steelwork etc. There portfolio includes a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects within the construction sector.

The Estimator / Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join this company, who ideally has experience in estimating within the metalwork/steelwork industry. The role involves preparing quotations for both new and existing clients based on their drawings and specifications.

The Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities

• Review and interpret drawings and technical documents to create comprehensive cost estimates
• Develop and deliver quotations for a range of architectural metalwork and steelwork assignments
• Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals
