We are looking for a CTA qualified Tax Manager to join this very well established and reputable accountants based in Hoddesdon.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Personal Tax Compliance & Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive personal tax compliance and advisory services, effectively managing a diverse portfolio of individual clients.
- Corporation Tax Service: Assist Accountants with drafting corporation tax return and provide advice regarding capital allowances, R&D claims and other matters.
- Support to Directors: Assist the Directors in delivering expert advice on UK income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, corporation tax, VAT and matters of residence and domicile.
- Client Planning & Advisory: Identify and advise on strategic planning opportunities for clients, particularly during tax return reviews and other relevant communications.
- Work-In-Progress (WIP) Management: Manage WIP effectively, including setting and meeting client expectations, ensuring recover-ability, proposing fees, invoicing, and timely cash collection.
- Risk Management: Demonstrate strong risk management skills, particularly in client acceptance and engagement processes.
- Technical & Market Awareness: Stay informed about technical and market developments, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and practices.
In addition you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary is negotiable but is up be up to 65000pa
