Reed Business Support are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our Hoddesdon based client. This is an entry level job with full training provided, if you do have some basic administration experience that would be good.
This will be a varied role due to supporting three internal teams, offering a salary of £23,809, there are a host of benefits with this organisation including 23 days holiday, death in service x 3, pension & private medical. There is also parking on site.
As the new Operations Administrator, you will be working onsite, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
Duties will include;
- Accurate order input working across various systems
- Document control
- Aftersales administration support
- Printing & scanning worksheets
- Purchase orders
- Processing invoices
What I need from you;
- Ideally, some previous office experience
- Good communication, verbal and written
- Organisation skillsExcellent attention to detail
- Competent user of Microsoft office
- Excellent time management
