Our client is a family run business based in Hoddesdon and they seek an enthusiastic, driven, hard- working, flexible candidate to join their team. The role is a full-time temporary - permanent position working from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Working within a small office, the successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of administration and customer service duties. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable and work well within a small team. The role is primarily focuses on figures, tracking price changes and raising quotations etc., so attention to detail and grasp of maths important.
Duties:
- Tracking price changes
- Customer Service
- Sales order Processing
- Raising quotations
- Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
- Allocating jobs to engineers
- Ordering goods and parts
- Using internal CRM system on a daily basis
- Update spreadsheets
- Typing e-mails and correspondence
Skills/Experience
- Admin support experience required
- Good grasp of Maths important
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to move items within the warehouse
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of using a CRM system beneficial
