Our client is a family run business based in Hoddesdon and they seek an enthusiastic, driven, hard- working, flexible candidate to join their team. The role is a full-time temporary - permanent position working from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

Working within a small office, the successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of administration and customer service duties. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable and work well within a small team. The role is primarily focuses on figures, tracking price changes and raising quotations etc., so attention to detail and grasp of maths important.

Duties:

  • Tracking price changes
  • Customer Service
  • Sales order Processing
  • Raising quotations
  • Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
  • Allocating jobs to engineers
  • Ordering goods and parts
  • Using internal CRM system on a daily basis
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Typing e-mails and correspondence

Skills/Experience

  • Admin support experience required
  • Good grasp of Maths important
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to move items within the warehouse
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of using a CRM system beneficial
