Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
Our Assistant Managers, in collaboration with our Centre Managers, play a crucial role in providing effective management and leadership of our quick-fit operations. You will be responsible for driving profitability, maximizing productivity, and coaching and motivating the centre team. Ideally, you will have previous qualifications as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester, along with hands-on experience. Your time will be divided between the workshop, working alongside the team, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quick-fit operations to ensure high levels of productivity and profitability.
- Provide coaching and motivation to the centre team.
- Work directly in the workshop, collaborating with the team.
- Assist the Centre Manager in daily sales activities and customer service.
- Foster excellent customer relations to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Previous qualification as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Strong desire to drive business performance and improvement.
- Passionate about customer relations with excellent communication skills.
