Role OverviewThe Deputy Manager supports the Home Manager in the daily running of our children’s homes, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters safety, development, and well-being. You’ll blend administrative leadership with direct engagement with young people and work closely with external agencies and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and deputize for the Home Manager.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, care plans, and monitoring of health, education, and overall progress.
