Key Responsibilities

Installation Oversight: Lead the installation of ventilation systems and related equipment, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with UK regulations and safety guidelines.

Equipment Installation: Install ventilation equipment and materials, including ductwork, fittings, and air handlers, ensuring proper function and efficiency.

Site Management: Supervise on-site installation activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of installation work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and addressing any issues that arise on-site.

Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns throughout the installation process.

Collaboration: Work closely with installation teams to ensure alignment on project goals and customer expectations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety practices, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols during installations.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of installation processes, including reports and compliance certificates.

Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of installed systems, making recommendations for adjustments or upgrades as necessary.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations, bringing new ideas to improve installation efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ventilation engineering or a related field.

Proven success in designing and implementing effective ventilation systems and solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to project challenges.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

High level of motivation, ambition, and a commitment to driving innovation in ventilation solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
