The Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You will collaborate with a team of passionate educators to foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes each child’s social, emotional, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of educational activities that captivate and motivate young children.
• Observe and facilitate the learning and development of the children.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming classroom setting.
• Work collectively with team members to enhance the educational experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development and achievements.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Prior experience in an early years educational setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Capable of working effectively both in a team and on an individual basis
