Requirements
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
- Supporting residents with mobility and encouraging independence.
- Assisting with mealtimes and ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping with medication under supervision.
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with the nursing team.
- Ensuring the resident's environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
