They are currently looking for a an experienced General Building Tradesperson with a maintenance background to work on some iconic buildings in South West London.

What you need to be:
Our client is looking for a versatile professional with a broad skill set, as the work is diverse and engaging. As part of a dedicated small team, you will tackle projects that require precision, attention to detail, and a passion for heritage conservation.
Your skills and experience should include expertise in general building maintenance, restoration work, structural repairs, and finishing techniques. Experience in both exterior and interior work, as well as an ability to handle a variety of materials and construction methods, is highly desirable.
You take pride in your workmanship and have a keen eye for detail.
