A capable Building Services Revit Technician is being sought to join a talented team working in Leeds.
The role focuses on producing high-quality Revit models for MEP services and contributing to the BIM strategy for projects across government, industrial, commercial, and residential scheme.
If you are a Building Services Revit Technician, it's a fantastic opportunity to use your technical skills and client-facing experience to take a leading role.
For your application to be successful, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience: Strong experience as a Revit Technician, specifically within the MEP sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on MEP services. The ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models for building services.
- Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP systems.
- Work alongside architects, engineers, and project teams to support project delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of drawings, models, and schedules.
- Support project teams with model reviews, clash detection, and updates as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Client Interaction: Confident in liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
